Marketing Strategy & Execution Lead

Location: New Cairo


Role Summary:

The Marketing Strategy & Execution Lead is responsible for owning marketing projects end-to-end, from strategic consultation to execution and launch. This role works closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and market impact.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead marketing projects from consultation, strategy design, planning, and execution
  • Translate client/business needs into clear marketing strategies and launch plans
  • Supervise and guide execution teams to ensure alignment with the approved plan
  • Provide hands-on support during campaign launches and go-to-market activities
  • Monitor performance, KPIs, and optimize campaigns during execution
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned projects
  • Mentor and support Marketing Specialists and junior team members
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and best practices

Qualifications:

  • 6–10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate, or developers 
  • Strong experience in marketing strategy, launches, and execution
  • Proven ability to manage projects from A–Z
  • Strong communication, leadership, and client-handling skills
  • Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and fast-paced environments

Role Summary:

The Marketing Specialist supports the team by focusing on research, analysis, and operational marketing tasks. This role is ideal for a junior-to-mid-level marketer seeking rapid growth and exposure.


Key Responsibilities:

Role Summary:

The Senior Property Consultant is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of property clients, providing expert guidance on property investments, and driving sales for high-value real estate projects. This role requires strong market knowledge, excellent client-handling skills, and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and manage potential property buyers and investors.
  • Provide expert advice on property options, pricing, and investment opportunities.
  • Conduct property viewings, presentations, and client meetings.
  • Negotiate contracts, offers, and terms to ensure successful sales closures.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, legal) to ensure smooth transaction processes.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, preferably with developers or agencies.
  • Proven track record in high-value property sales.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Client-focused, results-driven, and target-oriented.
