Role Overview: 

This specialized senior role blends advanced market data acquisition with critical vendor/respondent sourcing. You will ensure that our primary research pipelines, focus groups, and B2B executive field operations are fueled by high-quality, highly vetted data pools.

Core Responsibilities:

• Build, scale, and manage a robust network of specialized data providers, field agencies, and industry expert panels.
• Lead complex field-sourcing projects, mapping out hard-to-reach target demographics in commercial sectors.
• Audit data pipeline quality metrics and negotiate SLA agreements with data and sourcing vendors.
• Guide and mentor junior sourcing executives on advanced collection methodologies.

Qualifications:

• 4–6 years of experience in market research operations, data sourcing, or B2B field management.
• Deep understanding of sampling methodologies, demographic targeting, and field validation.
