Known as one of the largest financial and marketing consulting entities in Egypt in the Real Estate Sector,  the company empowers prominent developers, enterprises, and mega-projects (especially across New Cairo and the New Administrative Capital) with data-backed feasibility studies, market research, and 360-degree commercial scaling. 

Location: New Cairo, Egypt

Role Overview: This role commands the technical growth engines, managing paid media, search marketing, and lead acquisition metrics for both ETQAN and its corporate clients.

Core Responsibilities:

• Build, deploy, and scale paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels.
• Implement advanced tracking frameworks (GA4, Pixels, CAPI) to optimize the conversion funnel from lead to property buyer.
• Direct data analytics monitoring to run deep testing models across ad copy, landing pages, and formats.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of data-backed digital marketing experience with verified track records in high-budget lead generation.
• Expert-level understanding of SEO, performance marketing analytics, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
