Senior Sales Operations

Industry: Financial, Commercial, & Marketing Consultancy (Specializing heavily in Real Estate & Corporate Growth)


Our Client  has over 20 years of foundational expertise in commercial leadership and strategic consulting. Known as one of the largest financial and marketing consulting entities in Egypt in the Real Estate Sector,  the company empowers prominent developers, enterprises, and mega-projects (especially across New Cairo and the New Administrative Capital) with data-backed feasibility studies, market research, and 360-degree commercial scaling. 


Location: New Cairo, Egypt


Role Overview: Optimize and support the commercial infrastructures of both ETQAN’s internal business development and its consultancy clients by refining sales procedures, data tracking, and structural pipelines.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Configure, customize, and govern corporate CRM architectures (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Build structural dashboards tracking sales conversion rates, response times, and agent productivity.
  • Build incentive calculations, sales tier forecasting frameworks, and territory allocation plans.


Qualifications:

  • 4+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations (RevOps), or commercial analytics roles.
  • Expert level knowledge of CRM platforms, data modeling, and sales funnel structures.
