Senior Sales Engineer

Industry: Advanced Industrial Solutions, Automation Components, & Lean Manufacturing Ecosystems.


Strategically stationed in Egypt's industrial hub, 6th of October City by a Saudi Founders, Our Client is a fast-developing leader in modular profiles, factory automation setups, ergonomic workstations, and lean production technologies. The engineering firm enables manufacturing facilities and OEMs across Egypt to optimize assembly lines and upgrade factory productivity.


Location: 6th of October City, Giza, Egypt


Role Overview: A high-level engineering salesperson who manages major corporate industrial accounts, designs comprehensive automated line solutions, and helps mentor the junior sales engineering squad. 


Core Responsibilities:

  • Target and develop relationships with major international factories, corporate OEMs, and top-tier tier-1 automation integrators. 
  • Design complex technical proposals integrating lean production layouts, ergonomic systems, and automated assemblies. 
  • Manage key accounts through long-cycle sales stages, from initial industrial design to final installation sign-off. 
  • Partner with internal engineering design leads to pioneer new applications based on changing market conditions. 


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering. 
  • 5+ years of verified success in industrial B2B sales or plant automation project delivery. 
  • Expert knowledge of lean production principles, CAD, and complex technical project management.
