Location: New Cairo, Egypt

Role Overview: Working alongside the financial consulting partners, this professional develops structural financial models, feasibility studies, and valuation analyses for massive corporate investments.

Core Responsibilities:

• Design advanced financial models for real estate developments, project cost valuations, and joint ventures.
• Conduct feasibility studies assessing internal rates of return (IRR), net present value (NPV), and cash flow trajectories.
• Analyze economic variables, real estate inflation impacts, and financing terms to mitigate client risk.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (CFA tracking or corporate finance certifications highly preferred).
• 4+ years in investment banking, corporate financial planning, or real estate financial consulting.
