Our Client is an established property brokerage firm centered in Heliopolis. Provides curated residential, commercial, and administrative investments for high-net-worth clients across premium developments in East Cairo, West Cairo, and coastal luxury projects.


Location: Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt


Role Overview: A target-driven consultancy role focusing on managing premium leads, understanding buyer preferences, and closing high-value commercial and residential real estate contracts.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, convert, and nurture inbound and outbound property buyer networks.
  • Guide clients through tailored real estate investment options based on current market dynamics.
  • Lead continuous physical on-site tours across high-end compounds and commercial zones.
  • Negotiate contract terms, flexible payment structures, and close properties to achieve targets.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of verified sales experience within the Egyptian real estate market (New Cairo/NAC focus preferred).
  • Polished communication, confident negotiation, and excellent relationship-building skills.
