Operations Manager (PMO)

Industry: Financial, Commercial, & Marketing Consultancy (Specializing heavily in Real Estate & Corporate Growth)


Our Client  has over 20 years of foundational expertise in commercial leadership and strategic consulting. Known as one of the largest financial and marketing consulting entities in Egypt in the Real Estate Sector,  the company empowers prominent developers, enterprises, and mega-projects (especially across New Cairo and the New Administrative Capital) with data-backed feasibility studies, market research, and 360-degree commercial scaling. 


Location: New Cairo, Egypt


Role Overview: The structural anchor of the corporate office, the Operations Manager optimizes internal processes, cross-department workflows, and administrative workflows for maximum productivity.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Streamline daily cross-functional workflows across research, financial advisory, and marketing teams.
  • Manage operating budgets, procurement, office resource allocation, and key software subscriptions.
  • Optimize standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure seamless communication and delivery to clients.


Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of corporate operational management and project management experience, preferably within professional service firms or consultancies.
  • Exceptional execution, leadership, and crisis-management abilities.
