Location: New Cairo, Egypt

Role Overview: Acting as a top-tier strategy driver, the Marketing Principal Lead will oversee the holistic marketing consulting blueprints designed for the company’s high-value real estate and commercial corporate clients.

Core Responsibilities:

• Mastermind 360-degree commercial marketing strategies for corporate clients and major property launches.
• Control marketing campaign architecture, budget distribution models, and multi-channel ROI targets.
• Act as the strategic partner to client C-suites, aligning real estate sales goals directly with marketing funnels.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, with a heavy emphasis on B2B consultancy or real estate agency management.
• Proven portfolio of scaling multi-million EGP brand architectures and real estate campaigns.
