Our Client is a rapidly expanding premium design label and fashion company, factory and boutiques based in New Cairo. 

Renowned for its bespoke craftsmanship, contemporary designs, and direct-to-consumer e-commerce reach, the brand focuses on premium aesthetics, high-quality production, and tailored garment experiences.

Location: New Cairo, Egypt

The Marketing Manager will drive the brand's public presence, scaling Taj Sisters' market reach across digital, retail, and community channels. You will be responsible for creating highly engaging campaigns that translate our premium aesthetic into strong e-commerce conversions and brand loyalty.

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the annual marketing calendar, aligning product drops and seasonal collection launches with multi-channel campaigns.
• Oversee social media strategy, content creation, and high-fashion editorial shoots to maintain a luxury brand identity.
• Manage performance marketing, email campaigns, and influencer partnerships to boost e-commerce acquisition and retail foot traffic.
• Analyze customer data, website traffic, and campaign ROI to continually optimize marketing spend and conversion rates.

Qualifications:

• 4–6 years of experience in marketing management, with a proven track record specifically in fashion, beauty, or luxury e-commerce.
• Deep understanding of visual storytelling, digital advertising (Meta, TikTok), and community building.
