Known as one of the largest financial and marketing consulting entities in Egypt in the Real Estate Sector,  the company empowers prominent developers, enterprises, and mega-projects (especially across New Cairo and the New Administrative Capital) with data-backed feasibility studies, market research, and 360-degree commercial scaling. 

Location: New Cairo, Egypt

Role Overview: 

The Market Research Manager will spearhead ETQAN’s intelligence pipeline. You will lead the design, execution, and analysis of large-scale primary and secondary real estate and commercial research studies to provide market-defining insights for elite clients.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead quantitative and qualitative research initiatives from concept design through to reporting.
• Formulate comprehensive industry white papers, competitor benchmarks, and localized supply/demand data models.
• Oversee data collection, validation methodologies, and data analysis software tools.
• Deliver high-impact strategic advisory presentations directly to C-suite clients and real estate developers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Research, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Marketing.
• 5–8 years of experience in market research, ideally with a focus on real estate, property advisory, or management consulting.
• Exceptional command over statistical software and data visualization tools.
