Account Manager

Industry: Premium Event Management, Luxury Media Production, & Creative Marketing Agency.

Our Client is an elite, multi-disciplinary event management and creative digital agency. Specializing in high-end corporate activations, fashion showcases, luxury jewelry exhibitions, and regional digital campaigns, they shape premium brand narratives across Egypt and the Gulf (GCC) markets.

Location: Shiekh Zayed, Egypt 

Role Overview: The critical link between premium clients and our internal creative teams. You will manage expectations, champion brand consistency, and guide marketing campaigns seamlessly from brief to delivery.

Core Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary, day-to-day point of contact for luxury fashion, jewelry, and corporate client accounts.
• Translate client business goals into clear, actionable creative briefs for content creators, designers, and media buyers.
• Manage project timelines, campaign execution steps, and client approval processes to ensure flawless delivery.
• Provide strategic guidance to clients, ensuring all outputs align perfectly with Class A marketing standards.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in Client Servicing or Account Management within an advertising, digital, or PR agency.
• Native understanding of luxury branding, fashion retail structures, and Class A consumer psychology.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and emotional intelligence skills.
